Gong Bath The Gongs have a clearing effect on emotional issues, breaking up limiting and negative thought patterns, and can ease stress, depression and anxiety. The gong speaks to each one of us individually, meeting us wherever we are on our life journey. All levels of your Being - physical, energetic, emotional, mental and spiritual - will benefit from their deep, healing resonance. Tibetan Singing Bowls The healing frequencies of the Tibetan Singing Bowls help to restore balance and harmony to your nervous system and to stimulate your body’s natural healing abilities. Gratitude Gratitude can change your life. It can improve your health & well-being, and give you more energy and overall happiness. Learn techniques to help you tune into gratitude "on demand". The Circle The circle is a symbol of wholeness and integration. A circle allows energy to circulate from one person to the next and to amplify the focus and intentions of each person in the group, giving back to all. Like a drop of water rippling on the surface of a pond, the waves of energy produced in a circle radiate outward in circular motion. There is power in numbers, and when several people focus on one intention, their circle radiates ripples of energy that can change the world. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ |
